Do You See Yourself Here?
Many people who come to our clinic mention one (or more) of these situations:
Deep Under-Eye Circles
I always look tired, even when I sleep well. People ask if I’m feeling okay.
Lack of Lip Volume
My lips have become thinner. I look older. I’d like more definition, without looking artificial.
Deep Frown Lines Between the Eyebrows
I have an angry-looking expression, even when I’m relaxed. It affects the way people see me.
Loss of Volume in the Cheeks
My face has started to sag. I’ve lost that structure it used to have. It feels like I’ve aged 10 years.
A Combination of Concerns
It’s not just one thing. It’s everything together. I don’t know where to start or which procedure to choose.
Fear of Looking Artificial
I want to improve, but I’m afraid of looking “overdone.” I want to keep looking like myself.
If you recognized yourself in any of these situations, facial harmonization is the solution you’re looking for.
What Is Facial Harmonization?
At Flowers Clinic, in Campo Grande – MS, facial harmonization is performed in a personalized way and grounded in science, respecting the unique proportions of your face.
Facial harmonization isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about giving you back the best version of yourself.
It’s an integrated approach that combines multiple procedures to:
– Ease that tired look, by filling in under-eye circles that no amount of concealer can hide.
– Restore lost volume that naturally fades with age.
– Soften dynamic wrinkles without freezing your expression.
– Enhance your natural beauty, not create a “new face,” but reveal the best version of your own.
– Respect facial proportions, because every face is unique, and every treatment is too.
What sets us apart isn’t placing filler here, Botox there. It’s thinking of the face as a whole. How each procedure complements the other. How the final result is you, just YOUR best version, more rested, more radiant, completely natural.
Where Does Science Come In?
When you aged, it wasn’t “just the skin.” Three things happened:
Collagen Loss
Starting around age 25, you begin losing collagen, year after year. Around age 45, some people describe feeling like their skin is “empty” underneath.
Bone Resorption
Your facial bones naturally shrink with age. This causes sagging, a double chin, and deep grooves.
Muscle Dynamics
Repeating the same expressions (a furrowed brow, a smile) creates deep lines that the skin can no longer smooth out on its own.
Facial harmonization addresses all three. That’s why it works so well.
What Can Be Done? (The Procedures Behind Facial Harmonization)
Every patient is different. But there are 5 procedures we typically combine for complete facial harmonization:
Botulinum Toxin (Botox)
Session time: 30 minutes | Results appear in: 7 to 14 days
What It Addresses:
Expression lines (forehead, between the eyebrows, around the eyes) that make you look angry, tired, or worried even when you’re not.
How It Works:
It relaxes the muscles that cause the lines, while keeping your natural expression. You keep smiling and raising your eyebrows, just without the lines.
Hyaluronic Acid Filler
Session time: 30-45 minutes | Results: Immediate (settles in over 2 weeks)
What It Addresses:
Lack of volume in the lips, cheeks, under-eye area, deep grooves (that “nasolabial fold” that shows up). Gives that “rested” look.
How It Works:
Hyaluronic acid is a substance your body naturally produces (though less with age). We inject it in the right places to restore lost volume.
Expected Result:
Our patients look natural. No one can tell “you did something,” just that you look “different, younger.”
How Long It Lasts:
6 to 12 months depending on the area.
Collagen Biostimulator
Session time: 20 to 30 minutes | Full result: after 12 weeks
What It Addresses:
Sagging, fine lines, loss of natural glow, that “tired skin” look.
How It Works:
It’s not a temporary filler. It’s a stimulus so your own body produces more collagen. Your body does the heavy lifting.
Expected Result:
Skin becomes firmer, more radiant, more alive. It looks like you’ve “rested” and “improved your diet.”

Microneedling with Radiofrequency
Session time: 45-60 minutes | Results: Progressive over 1 to 3 months
What It Addresses:
Acne scars, uneven texture, superficial lines, lack of glow.
How It Works:
Micro-channels stimulate the body to produce new collagen. Radiofrequency heats the deeper layers. Result: skin renewed from the inside out.
Expected Result:
Much smoother, more luminous skin, with an even texture.
How Long It Lasts:
Results improve progressively for up to 6 months and last a long time. Practically permanent if you keep up with skincare.

Chemical Peel
Session time: 30-45 minutes | Results: Immediate
What It Addresses:
Dark spots, melasma, lack of glow, a “dull” complexion.
How It Works:
It removes the damaged surface layers, revealing new skin underneath. It’s like giving your skin a “reset.”
Expected Result:
Much more luminous, even, radiant skin.
How Long It Lasts:
Continuous improvement over 3 months. After that, periodic maintenance is recommended.
Peptides
Session time: 30-45 minutes | Results: Progressive over 4 to 8 weeks
What It Addresses:
Loss of firmness, fine lines, lack of luminosity, dull-looking skin and early skin aging.
How It Works:
Peptides are chains of amino acids that act as cellular messengers, stimulating the synthesis of collagen, elastin, and other essential skin components. They penetrate the deeper layers and “signal” cells that it’s time to renew.
Expected Result:
Firmer, more hydrated skin with a younger, healthier appearance. Results are natural and progressive, with no artificial look.
How Long It Lasts:
Results are maintained with periodic touch-up sessions, usually every 4 to 6 weeks.
Questions You Probably Have
Won’t this make me look artificial? Like I’ve had “work done”?
No. Dra. Flora specializes in natural-looking results. The difference between a beautiful result and an obvious one is in proportion and technique. We use ideal amounts, strategically placed. The result is: you, but better. When someone asks what you did, your answer can be “Oh, I’ve been sleeping better,” it doesn’t have to be “I got Botox” (unless you want it to be).
How long does it take for results to show?
It depends on the procedure. Filler shows immediate results, it may swell a little but improves within the first few days. Botox can take 3-7 days to start working (maximum result within 2 weeks). Biostimulators are progressive, starting in 2-3 weeks and improving for up to 12 weeks. Peels show quick results (1-2 weeks). That’s why we do an evaluation with you, to understand how much time you have before an important event.
Does it hurt? Will I bruise?
It depends on each person. We use anesthetics (topical + injected) to keep you comfortable. Some procedures are practically painless. As for bruising, it’s rare. Some patients have small marks (they look like tiredness) that fade within 3-5 days. Nothing that makeup can’t cover.
What’s the best time to do it? How much recovery time do I need?
The best time is whenever you look in the mirror and feel ready, no rush, no fear. As for recovery: a simple filler means you’re back to work the next day (maybe with minimal swelling). When combining several procedures, you may have some swelling, but nothing that disrupts your routine.
How much does it cost? Is it expensive?
It varies a lot. A peel is much more accessible than a complete harmonization. Only during your consultation can Dra. Flora put together a personalized quote. You can do everything at once or gradually (start with Botox, add filler later, and so on). Many patients start with a basic combo and expand from there.
Can I do everything in one session? Or do I need to space it out?
You can do multiple procedures in the same session. In fact, it’s often recommended, so your face stays harmonious from the start. Filler without Botox can look unbalanced if you move your forehead afterward. We do it all together, done well, in one visit.
What if I don’t like the result?
Filler is reversible, it can be removed with a dissolving substance. Botox is only reversible over time, usually 3 to 6 months. In the first session we always place a conservative amount, to complete the treatment at your follow-up. If you want more, we add more. If you want less, we reduce it. But honestly? Patients tend to love it from day one.
