Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to the websites floramartinez.com.br and flowersclinic.com.br, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD).
1. Who is responsible
Both websites are maintained by Flowers Clinic (CNPJ, the Brazilian company tax ID: 52.170.988/0001-30), an advanced aesthetics clinic run by Dr. Flora Martinez, aesthetic biomedical scientist (CRBM 15.849), located at R. 2. What data we collect and why
- Newsletter: your name (optional) and your e-mail address, when you subscribe. We use this to send clinic updates, on average once every four or five months. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Contact via WhatsApp: clicking on the WhatsApp buttons takes you to the app. The website does not receive anything you write there. Any information you send stays with WhatsApp and with our team, so we can respond to your request and schedule your consultation.
- Browsing data: IP address, pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, via Site Kit, and Microsoft Clarity). We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site, and your consent when required.
- Embedded third-party services: the Google Maps map, Google reviews and other third-party content may collect data according to those companies’ own privacy policies.
3. Health data
This website does not collect health data, photos or clinical information. That data is handled only during in-person appointments, under its own consent form and professional confidentiality.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, as well as analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work in a limited way.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary for the website to function (hosting, e-mail delivery and analytics), all of whom follow data protection rules, and when required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation that we process your data, as well as access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about who we share it with, and the withdrawal of consent, among other rights set out in Article 18 of the LGPD. 8. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (HTTPS), access control, regular updates and backups.
9. Children and teenagers
Our websites are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.
10. Changes and complaints
We may update this policy, and whenever that happens, we’ll change the date at the top. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can contact us or file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
